You will work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to develop robust remediation strategies that address root causes and prevent recurrence. You will lead remediation schemes that directly improve the safety, quality, and longevity of our homes-making a tangible difference to customers’ lives. With a strong focus on building and fire safety, you will play a key role in protecting customers, improving asset quality, and maintaining the highest standards across all projects.If you’re motivated by accountability, high standards, and the opportunity to lead critical safety-driven work, this role offers both challenge and purpose.Flexibility is required for this role, including attendance at the office and travel to various sites.Key ResponsibilitiesDefect Management & RemediationLead the identification, documentation, prioritisation, and resolution of defects across the project lifecycleDevelop and implement effective remediation strategies aligned to project goals, budgets, and timelinesCarry out root cause analysis and embed continuous improvement practicesProject Delivery & CoordinationManage the full lifecycle of remediation projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocationCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of defectsTrack progress, monitor performance, and escalate risks where necessaryStakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external partnersProvide clear, regular updates on project progress and remediation plansManage customer expectations and handle complaints sensitively and effectivelyQuality, Compliance & SafetyEnsure all works comply with relevant regulations, including Building Safety legislation and Approved DocumentsMonitor quality through xwzovoh robust assurance processes and challenge unsafe or substandard practicesPromote a strong culture of building safety and compliance across all stakeholdersRisk Management & ReportingIdentify and mitigate risks related to building defects and remediation worksDevelop reporting dashboards and maintain accurate project documentationProvide regular performance and risk updates to senior stakeholdersSkills & AttributesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to challenge contractors and hold partners accountableStrong analytical and problem-solving ability with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environmentCollaborative approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamCommercial acumen…
