A vacancy has arisen within our busy sales team for a Telephone Sales Co-ordinator who ideally comes from an automotive parts/service environment.
Is this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.Key responsibilities will be to:answer phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally;accurately quote price and availability of engines, turbochargers, gearboxes and cylinder heads;carry out sales order processing using our Sage 200 system;raise final customer invoices;liaise with the logistics department to arrange delivery of sold items;carry out various administration duties.
Ideally the successful candidate will:have automotive parts experience;have excellent communication and customer service skills;possess a positive attitude and display the ability to identify solutions to problems;have experience of using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) or Sage 200, although not essential as full in-house training will be provided. xwzovoh
