We’re now looking for a talented and driven Deputy General Manager to join our team at a prestigious corporate site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader to support the delivery of a high-quality food and hospitality offer, while helping to create a positive, engaging environment for both clients and colleagues.
Salary: £36,816 per annum (Overtime available)
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00-17:30
Location: W12 7FA
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily delivery of breakfast and lunch service, ensuring high standards are consistently met.Support the management and execution of the hospitality offering, ensuring seamless service for all events and functions.Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and customers.Lead, motivate, and develop a front-of-house team of 7, driving performance, engagement, and service excellence.Manage the day-to-day operation, deputising for the General Manager in their absence to ensure continuity of service.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact to ensure satisfaction and retention.
