What we are looking for:Creative and experienced Chef de PartieKnowledge of British produce and good quality cuisinePassion for Food and Customer ServiceCapable of running your own section, leading a small teamHappy in a fast paced environmentPrevious experience as Chef de PartieOwn transport an advantageWe require all staff to be trained to at least Chef de Partie level and hold NVQ level 2 certificates or the equivalent, and an up-to-date food hygiene certificate. xwzovoh
