Deliver excellence, every service.Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team, creating a positive and high-performing cultureDeliver exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation across every serviceManage day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient service deliveryPlan rotas and labour schedules in line with business needs and targetsControl stock ordering, inventory and supplier relationships to minimise waste and maximise profitabilityMonitor food costs, GP targets and kitchen budgets with a strong commercial focusEnsure all food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained and fully compliantTrain, coach and support team members, identifying talent and encouraging development opportunitiesDrive performance through clear communication, xwzovoh feedback and accountabilityIdentify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance the guest experienceWork collaboratively with management teams to achieve business objectives and operational goalsLead by example during service, maintaining energy, standards and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
