Location: NW1 4LE
Rate of Pay: £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Predominately Monday – Friday 40 hours per week, 7am – 3:30pm ,occasional weekend and evening shifts depending on events, Site closed over Christmas and New Years
Key Responsibilities:To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needsTo produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customersTo enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every timeTo assist in developing and producing new service styles and food conceptsTo communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus andorder necessary ingredientsWorking in a team of 6, 1 HC, 1 Sous Chef, 1 Junior Sous, 2 CDP and 1 Breakfast Chef
Our ideal candidate will have contract catering experience.
