You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding, and repairing a range of fire and security systems across commercial sites.The Role Service, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of: Fire AlarmsCCTV SystemsIntruder AlarmsAccess Control Systems
Ensure all works are completed to industry standards and customer expectationsParticipate in a 1 in 12 call-out rotaComplete electronic job reports and documentationDeliver a high level of customer service at all timesWhat We’re Looking For Previous experience in the Fire & Security industryStrong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systemsGood fault-finding and diagnostic skillsFull UK driving licenceStrong communication and customer-facing skillsFIA/Tavcom training is beneficial but not essentialBenefits Company EV van (available for personal use)Company phone and laptop£2,000 annual KPI bonus paid quarterlyOvertime paid after 40 hours: x1.5 Monday–Saturdayx2 Sundays & Bank Holidays
