Learning Support Assistant

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £90 – £115 per day

Responsibilities

The successful Learning Support Assistant will be working with pupils across primary and secondary ages, supporting those with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour on a 1:1 and small group basis.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs
• Experience supporting both primary and secondary aged pupils
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A patient, resilient and calm approach
• A can-do attitude and willingness to support across the setting
