Senior Therapeutic Support Worker – Bridgwater

Working hours: 39 per week.

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset – Children’s Residential. Job Category: Care and Support; Region: Somerset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months experience or knowledge of child‑centred, therapeutic models.
• Great communication skills, naturally caring, flexible and resilient.
• Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People.
• Ability to work flexibly covering long day shifts, weekends, and sleeps.
