The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Projects Manager to join a leading regeneration and planned works contractor operating across the North West.This is a key role supporting the delivery of sustainability, retrofit, and decarbonisation projects across housing and construction programmes. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring environmental objectives, programme targets, and compliance standards are achieved.The successful candidate will work closely with operational, commercial, and client teams to drive best practice across sustainability performance, carbon reduction initiatives, retrofit compliance, and project reporting.Key responsibilities:Manage sustainability-focused projects across the North WestSupport retrofit and decarbonisation programmesDrive environmental and compliance standardsLiaise with clients, site teams, and supply chain partnersMonitor programme, budget, and reporting requirementsSupport PAS 2035 / PAS 2030 compliance and deliveryRequirements: xwzovoh Proven project management experience within construction, regeneration, or social housingStrong sustainability / retrofit knowledgeExcellent communication and stakeholder managementFull UK driving licenceRelevant construction qualifications preferredFantastic opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking business with long-term career prospects…
