Female Night Support Worker – Bulls Cross, Near Stroud, GL6 7HU

Pay rate: £14.27 per hour (includes night and weekend enhancements)

Hours: 11.5 per week; Shifts: 20:30 – 8:00 am every Sunday

Responsibilities

• Teach life‑skills and support independence in daily living
• Assist with personal care and promote personal dignity
• Encourage participation in local community activities and social interactions
• Organise and facilitate a range of activities (e.g., outings, games, movies)
• Apply Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice in caring practices

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Resilient, flexible and composed approach to care
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
• Experience caring for individuals requiring enhanced support, including distress behaviours, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and trauma
