Medicines Safety & Reconciliation Technician

NHS is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Technician to deliver safe and effective prescribing services within the organization. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to improve medication safety, support patients, and assist clinicians in providing effective patient care.

This role includes conducting audits, medicine reconciliation, and overseeing elements of clinical safety per NHS England guidelines. Applicants must have a professional registration with GPhC and ideally relevant experience as a pharmacy technician.
