Care Assistant for a gentleman P/T @ £12.21/hr in Fairfield – PTE – Stockton-on-Tees – TS19

We are looking for a friendly, adaptable Personal Assistant to support a gentleman living in Fairfield. This role focuses on promoting independence and providing day-to-day support within the home and the community.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily living and promoting independence
• Assisting with general household tasks such as cleaning, tidying, and laundry
• Helping with meal preparation and mealtime supportProviding medication reminders and collecting prescriptions
• Encouraging and assisting with accessing community activities

Ideal candidate

• Friendly, flexible, and able to use their own initiative
• Person-centred, with sensitivity to the client’s preferences
• Reliable and supportive in promoting independence
• A driver would be an advantage but not essential

Suggested hours Monday 0900 – 1200, Wednesday 0900 – 1200 & Friday 0900 – 1200 but employer is open to discussion and adjustment.
