About The Role

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll provide person‑centred, trauma‑informed support that empowers individuals to live independently and manage their tenancy, improve daily living skills, build confidence, and maintain wellbeing and positive routines. You’ll work closely with families, social workers and external agencies to ensure safe, high‑quality care.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver tailored, face‑to‑face mental health support
  • Support individuals with tenancy management and daily living skills
  • Promote independence, wellbeing and recovery journeys
  • Complete risk assessments and support plans
  • Administer medication and follow safeguarding procedures
  • Maintain accurate records using IT systems

About The Service

Midworth Street offers supported living for up to 2–4 years, helping people build the skills and confidence to move on. We also provide outreach support to individuals living in their own homes in and around Mansfield.

It is a 24‑hour service, operating 7 days a week. Shifts include: 7:00am–2:30pm, 2:30pm–10:00pm, 10:00pm–7:00am. Weekend availability is essential. The project is accessible via public transport, but you must be able to get to the site for early mornings, evenings and weekends.
