Requirements: Must have NVQ Level 3 or working towards it. We are not offering sponsorship.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting people with daily routines
- Helping with personal care (with dignity and respect)
- Preparing meals and sharing meaningful moments
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Being the reason someone smiles today
What We’re Looking For
- Kindness that can’t be taught
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills
- A willingness to learn (full training provided)
- A driving licence (if required for community role)
- Care experience is great — but not essential. We hire for attitude and train for skill.
