The Essentials (Please Read)
To be eligible for these roles, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Qualification: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a Mental Health setting.
- Driving: A full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
Main Duties of the Job
The Community Rehabilitation Service provides a flexible range of mental health interventions to help clients with complex mental health needs manage their health more effectively and remain in their own homes.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our multidisciplinary teams at the following bases:
- Ashford – Eureka Place Medical Centre, TN25 4BY
- Folkestone – Ash Eaton, CT19 5HL
- Ramsgate – The Beacon Centre, CT12 6NT
This is a community‑based role and requires daily travel to patients’ homes across the appointed locality. Travel expenses will be reimbursed in line with Trust policy.
Driving Requirement: The post holder must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
Probation
New employees external to the trust are subject to a six‑month probationary period.
