About our home:Lynwood Care Centre is a warm and welcoming purpose-built nursing home offering a spacious and comfortable environment and 24-hour care and support for older adults. Our home is divided into several smaller ‘houses,’ where our staff really get to know their residents, allowing for a more personalised approach to the care we provide.

You do not need experience but just to share our values and delivering our aim by:

What does the role involve?

• Personal care – assisting with washing and dressing
• Assisting with meals by supporting with eating and drinking
• Completing daily care plans
• Assisting with mobility
