As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils both in groups and on a 1 to 1 basis.

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development
• Assisting with classroom activities and lessons
• Working with pupils on a 1 to 1 and small group basis
• Helping to maintain a positive learning environment
• Supporting behaviour management strategies
