Harvard Place is a Retirement Living PLUS development comprising 56 one and two bedroom retirement apartments. Exclusive to the over 70s, it includes outstanding communal facilities, including a wonderful roof terrace with countryside views, communal lounge and on-site restaurant.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks such as appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping.
• Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines.
• Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement.
• Supporting with individual care packages.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
• Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
• Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults.
• Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
