The Cambian Group is seeking a Children and Young Person’s Residential Care Worker in Uttlesford, England. This full-time role involves providing emotional support, fostering ambition, and ensuring the well-being of young people. You’ll assist them in achieving their goals and participate in their daily lives.

As part of a dynamic team, you will receive comprehensive training and work a rota that is provided four weeks in advance. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and preferably hold a UK driving license.
