Bank Care Support Worker – Cygnet Bostall House

We are looking for a Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care. You’ll have the opportunity to work Bank shifts, between 7:30am – 8:00pm and 7:30pm – 8:00am, at Cygnet Bostall House, located in the heart of Abbey Wood, London.

Cygnet Bostall House is a high‑dependency complex care service for men with a learning disability and associated complex needs. The team can also support those with additional mental‑health needs and behaviours that may challenge.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
