Position Overview

Therapy assistants work alongside clinicians assisting patients in their rehabilitation and recovery across many areas. Assistants also provide treatment independently under guidance from qualified staff. Posts available in the following clinical areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients in rehabilitation and recovery across many areas.
• Provide treatment independently under guidance from qualified staff.
• Perform housekeeping and equipment maintenance duties as part of training.
• Support therapists and other clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Previous customer care or healthcare experience essential.
• Some awareness or experience working with therapists would be beneficial.
• Training will be provided to gain the required skills and competencies.
