Nights Residential Child Care Worker

- This role may require you to work at different homes across Lancashire Cluster. Access to your own vehicle is essential.
Enhanced pay rates apply for night and weekend work, including a 25% uplift for hours worked between 11pm and 8am (subject to a start time before 6am). These enhancements do not apply to shift workers. Weekend work may attract up to 33% additional pay when part of the contractual working week.
