Salary: £13.20 – £14.00 per hour.

Location: Gravesham & Dartford.

Contract type: Care Delivery.

We are the leading Home Care provider and we are looking for a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team and help us set the standard. Our customers should feel comfortable in their own homes, and we help them do exactly that.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Help with meal preparation, nutrition and related tasks.
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning.
• Be a dependable, friendly and familiar face for all the customers you care for.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Kind, compassionate attitude and calm approach to care.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to follow care plans.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not required; full training will be provided.
