About the Employer

AQS Homecare Southampton provides quality care services to clients in the Southampton area (SO18 and SO19). We are committed to enabling vulnerable adults to remain in their own homes, maintain independence, and lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks
• Support clients in participating in activities such as shopping trips and social occasions
• Assist with medication duties as required
• Perform light housework and food preparations
• Attend social outings and appointments with clients
• Participate in training to obtain a qualification in health and social care

Qualifications & Requirements

• Compassionate nature and understanding of the client group
• Desire to make a difference in other people’s lives
• Enhanced DBS check required
• Driving licence with access to own vehicle preferred
• Bike riders (electric) – cycle to work scheme available
• No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential
