Care Assistant

Trident Healthcare is looking for Care Assistants to support the overall care team and ensure continuity of services to residents. You will create a welcoming, supportive, and stimulating environment, building relationships with residents and their families.

Reporting To

Manager, Nurse, or senior staff on duty.

Key Tasks

1. Supporting with daily living tasks such as personal care, hygiene, housekeeping, mealtimes, and manual handling duties as required.
2. Accessing and updating confidential records using a computer.
3. Maintaining a schedule for medication administration.
4. Ensuring the environment is safe and clean.
5. Maintaining an environment appropriate to the needs of residents.
6. Helping residents with administrative tasks like paying bills and shopping for food.
7. Working hours vary based on ward needs, including long days or night shifts.
8. All applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK.
