Senior Support Worker, Children’s Residential Home
Location: Witney
Working Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required
Salary: £15.40 – £16.00 per hour plus £62.64 per sleep‑in (working approx. 4‑8 sleep ins per month, an additional £3,000‑£6,000 per annum)
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months experience or knowledge of child‑centred, therapeutic models.
- Great communication skills, naturally caring, flexible and resilient.
- Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People.
- You need to be able to work flexibly covering long day shifts, weekends and sleeps.
