The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Physiologist to join our team in Middlesbrough. This is a full-time position starting ASAP, with a competitive hourly rate of £30 – £35 per hour. The role is initially for a duration of 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and departmental needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will conduct comprehensive respiratory and sleep studies. You will analyze and interpret test results. You will provide accurate and timely reports. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans. You will educate patients and their families about respiratory and sleep disorders.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Clinical PFT/LFT experience.
  • Relevant qualifications and registration as a Respiratory Physiologist.
  • Band 6 or 7 with reporting experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the NHS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Proven experience as a Respiratory Physiologist.
