Our client work in collaboration with parents and professionals. Their Out-Reach Service is available at selected schools and nurseries in Dubai, facilitating and/or group therapy, supporting teachers and students with Special Education Needs (SEN).
Requirements:* Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field* Has a Dubai Health Authority Licence or Eligibility Letter* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical role* Experience in managing a multidisciplinary therapy team
Essential Criteria:* Strong understanding of service delivery models, clinical supervision, and professional ethics* Eligible to drive in the UAE and has use of own car* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills* Ability to problem-solve and manage therapy service gaps effectively* Experience in outreach and school-based therapy services* Able to take advice and guidance from your manager and ensure excellent communication is practised for daily updates
Desirable Criteria:* Experience in business development and marketing engagement within a healthcare setting* Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and policies* Experience in implementing new therapy programs or initiatives* Proven record of staff training and professional development
Potential to learn:* Developing expertise in financial and resource management within a therapy service* Gaining experience in strategic planning and organisational growth* Learning advanced data analysis and outcome measurement techniques for service improvement* Expanding knowledge in technology for therapy services.* Developing skills in policy-making and advocacy for therapy services
