The University Hospital Of Wales In Cardiff is seeking a part-time Pharmacist to work 4 hours per week at Crwys Medical Centre in Cardiff. The role includes conducting medication reviews, providing expert advice, and managing chronic disease clinics. Candidates must have an MPharm/BPharm degree and at least 2 years of experience.
