We are looking for caring and committed Waking Night – Residential Care Workers to join our team in Silver Birch Care (Residential Services). This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people in a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment where they can grow, develop, and achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment
- Building positive relationships with young people
- Supporting care plans and daily routines
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children and young people (preferred)
- A genuine passion for supporting and caring for young people
- Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
- A positive, resilient, and team-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
