An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated and highly specialist occupational therapist with a wide range of clinical experience to join our occupational therapy team within Cameron Hospital, Windygates. You would be responsible for clinically leading the inpatient rehabilitation team. The wards offer a diverse range of specialties including frailty, orthopaedics, vascular and long‑term complex conditions.
Responsibilities
Lead the inpatient rehabilitation team clinically, managing a complex caseload across a range of specialties.
Qualifications
Proficiency in standardised assessment and evidence‑informed interventions. Evidence of audit and service development, and demonstrable team leadership in previous roles.
Track record of developing staff and students is highly desirable. Excellent teamwork is essential.
Broad postgraduate experience and sufficient knowledge and skills to manage a complex caseload.
Travel
Ability to travel across Fife is essential.
