Salary: L1 – L3 £53,981 – £56,644 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday

Location: The Mill Primary Academy, Crawley

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Proven experience in school improvement; ability to hold staff to account while offering high-quality support.
  • The ability to translate complex pupil data into clear, actionable reports for Trustees and Governors.
  • Deep understanding of how to adapt the National Curriculum for various high-incidence needs without lowering expectations.
  • A strong grasp of Early Years pedagogy, specifically in early literacy and numeracy development.
  • Highly effective at communicating with parents and external agencies to ensure the “Graduated Approach” is robust.
  • Can monitor teaching quality and pupil achievement
  • Is able to undertake day to day coordination of SEN pupil’s provisions through close liaison with staff, parents and external agencies
  • Is a great communicator, developing positive relationships with young children and adults
  • Is committed to raise the achievement of all students of all abilities
  • Is passionate and dedicated in helping children reach their academic potential
