Overview
We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of Mental Health Support Workers in Prescot! Our home provides specialist support and care for clients who have a wide range of support needs from long term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse. We currently are looking candidates able to work Days and/or Nights
Responsibilities
- Have more than 6 months experience working with long term mental health issues and or substance misuse
- Experience working with complex needs/duel diagnosis
- Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals
- Have the ability to support in house activities and hobbies
- Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more!
- Demonstrate resilience to help manage behaviours that challenge
Hours
Shift Patterns: 8am – 8pm or 8pm – 8am
Contract Types
Full time, Part time and Bank contracts available
