Community Family Support Specialist

Aspire Foundation in Cheltenham is looking for compassionate Community Family Workers to join our Family Support team. You will deliver high-quality support to families with children aged 0–11, engaging in home visits, group programmes, and community outreach to strengthen family well-being.

The ideal candidates will have experience working with families, strong communication skills, and a child-centred approach. A full driving licence is required along with a Level 2 qualification in a relevant field.

This role offers a permanent contract of 37 hours per week.
