Hourly rate to be discussed and confirmed depending on skills and experience
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
Qualifications
As a CardiacPhysiologist at our hospital, you’ll hold either a BTEC ONC and HNC in Medical Physics and Physiological Measurement, or a BSc in Clinical Science /Physiology (or equivalent). You’re currently registered with the RCCP as a Clinical Physiologist. Ideally, you’re also accredited with SCST and BSE. You’re flexible, motivated and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Be part of the team doing great work in our Cardiac Unit
- Carry out echo cardiograms
- Provide clinical supervision in line with statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with professional, statutory and organisational guidelines

About the Hospital
Located in Jesmond; you will be working at one of the north‑east’s leading private hospitals, with a Good CQC rating, we have 27 en‑suite private bedrooms, 3 state‑of‑the‑art operating theatres, a dedicated breast care unit. We offer on‑site pathology services and diagnostic imaging including CT and MRI, to help patients after surgery we have on‑site physiotherapy specialists. We have a special focus in the areas of orthopaedics, spinal surgery, ophthalmology, weight loss surgery and cosmetic treatment.
