We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team on a 2-year fixed term contract.
This post offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working within GP practice, supported by a skilled and experienced team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Primary Care Pharmacotherapy Service
- Medicines reconciliation
- Prescription management
- Cost-effective medicines optimisation
- Promoting high quality, safe patient care across Health and Social Care Moray
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician within community, GP practice, or hospital pharmacy settings
- Registered Pharmacy Technician qualification
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Adaptability to a busy Primary Care environment
- Commitment to NHS Scotland values and continuous service improvement
