The Role
As a Care Assistant (Days), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents to live safely, comfortably, and independently throughout the day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate, personalised care to residents
- Supporting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
- Assisting with meals, hydration, and social engagement
- Supporting residents to take part in daily activities and routines
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any changes
- Working closely with the wider care team to ensure consistent high standards
About You
- Experience in a care home or residential care setting (desirable)
- A kind, caring, and patient nature
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
- Care qualification (desirable but not essential)
