About the Role

Trust Homecare Solution Burton-on-Trent LTD is seeking compassionate and experienced Care Workers to provide domiciliary care services. This role is open to applicants eligible for Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) under the Skilled Worker visa route, subject to meeting mandatory requirements.

You will assist clients with daily living activities, administer medication, provide companionship, and support individuals with complex health needs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
• Support meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities
• Assist with housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, etc.)

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of Caregiving/Nursing Aide course
• Fully completed Care Certificate
• Minimum 1 year domiciliary care experience
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• All mandatory documents required for visa application
• Willingness to relocate to Burton-on-Trent
• Experience with PEG, RIG, challenging behaviour, seizures, and diabetes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, friendly, and trustworthy
