ELSA Qualified Teaching Assistant – Shard End

3.5 Days per Week | £97.21 – £105 per day

We are looking for a caring, dedicated, and experienced ELSA Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Shard End on a part-time basis (3.5 days per week).

The Role

• Provide emotional literacy support to pupils across the school
• Deliver 1:1 and small group ELSA interventions
• Support children with social, emotional, and mental health needs
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff
• Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment

Requirements

• ELSA qualification essential
• Previous experience working within a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, empathetic, and supportive approach
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
