About the Role

As a Home Care Assistant you will help clients live with dignity and joy in their own homes. Your day will include sharing a cup of tea and a good chat, assisting with daily routines and personal care, and being the friendly face that brightens a client’s morning. You’ll provide connection, not just care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care and daily activities.
  • Provide companionship and support during home visits.
  • Help maintain a clean and comfortable home environment.
  • Record activity information and report any changes to the care team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • No previous experience needed; comprehensive training is provided.
  • Good people skills and ability to show strong empathy with a caring and compassionate nature.
  • Positive, professional team‑working ethos.
  • Minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
  • Availability to work alternating weekends.
