Apprentice Nursery Lead Practitioner – must hold a Level 3 early years educator qualification

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Nursery Educator to join our friendly team. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in an early years setting while working towards a recognised childcare qualification.

In this position you will support qualified staff with the day‑to‑day care of children, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 6pm – 4 days a week
• 40 hours a week
• Wage: £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
• On‑the‑job training and support throughout your apprenticeship
• Location: 50 Main Rd, Hursley, Winchester SO21 2JW
