About the Role
As a Patient Liaison Officer, you will:
- Manage referrals via e‑RS and email, ensuring complete and accurate patient onboarding.
- Coordinate triage calls, assessments, and follow-up appointments.
- Provide technical and administrative support during virtual consultations.
- Process and distribute clinical reports using EMIS and Hero Health.
- Support titration scheduling, liaise with GPs, and manage aftercare communications.
- Be the first point of contact for patient queries, offering clear, compassionate guidance.
