Location

July 2026 (approximately 10–14 days per group)

The Role

You will:

• Support the delivery of UK summer programmes and educational visits
• Manage student wellbeing, coordination and daily logistics
• Work with UK schools, hotels and local partners
• Accompany groups during visits to Oxford, Cambridge, London and other destinations
• Provide cultural and educational introductions during activities and site visits
• Help create a positive and engaging international learning environment

We are looking for Someone Who

• Speaks both English and Chinese fluently
• Is organised, proactive and calm under pressure
• Enjoys working with young people
• Has strong communication and coordination skills
• Has experience in education, summer schools, study tours or youth programmes (preferred)
• Official UK-China Education Exchange Programme
• UK/China cultural and educational exchange
