Eligibility Requirements
• Must have access to a personal vehicle.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; we are not able to provide sponsorship.
• Hourly rate is subject to holding an NVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social Care.
Responsibilities
- Help people leave hospital as soon as practicably possible and support their safe transition back to independent living.
- Visit Service Users in their own homes to provide care and support as defined in their Care Plan.
- Perform all aspects of personal care, administer medication, monitor vital signs, encourage exercise, and assist with domestic tasks as needed.
- Liaise with medical professionals such as district nurses and pharmacies.
The aim is to rehabilitate and maximise potential, supporting Service Users in a range of activities to promote independent living and monitor their well‑being.
Working Hours
Shifts run between 7 am and 10 pm, with patterns of 7 am–2 pm and 4 pm–10 pm, including alternate weekends.
Pay Rates
High pay rates of £13.43 ph on weekdays and £15.50 ph on weekends.
