We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, compliance, and service delivery of an Estate in South West London. This is a site-based role requiring a proactive and hands-on individual who can ensure high standards of building performance, health and safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily facilities operations and building services.Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.Manage contractors and service providers, monitoring performance and quality.Lead and support on-site operational teams.Assist with budget management and cost control.Maintain high standards across communal areas and shared facilities.Respond to occupier enquiries and resolve issues effectively.Support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Relevant facilities management qualification (IWFM or equivalent desirable).Proven experience in facilities or property management.Strong understanding of building maintenance, compliance, and health & safety requirements.Experience managing contractors and service delivery.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.Budget management experience desirable.

Desirable
