Live In Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live In Care Professional to join our team in Shoreham, Kent. As a Live In Care Professional, you will provide essential support and companionship to a elderly client requiring general support within their home. You will be required to enhance their quality of life and help them maintain their independence.

• Live in the client’s home, providing round-the-clock care and support
• Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
• Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Accompany clients to appointments, social events, and outings
• Support clients with mobility and transfers as needed
• Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and client’s condition
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Organise and participate in stimulating activities tailored to the client’s interests and abilities
• Assist with pet care when required
• Manage household tasks such as laundry, shopping, and running errands £125.00-£135.00 daily rate
• Additional £8.00 per day food allowance
• Flexible rotas which can be negotiated
• Full milage paid when using car for client purposes
