Key Responsibilities

• Support students with emotional, social, and learning needs
• Use creative and artistic activities to encourage self-expression and confidence
• Work alongside teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
• Build positive relationships with students through empathy, patience, and active listening
• Assist with classroom activities, interventions, and wellbeing support
• Observe and report on student progress and engagement

Ideal Candidate

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Art Therapy, Psychology, Fine Art, Counselling, Education, or a related subject
• Passionate about supporting children and young people
• Creative, patient, and emotionally aware
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children, SEN, or vulnerable individuals is desirable but not essential
• A willingness to learn and develop professional skills in therapeutic and educational settings
