Summary

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Significant hospital experience, including clinical pharmacy service above Foundation level.
  • Qualifications: Postgraduate clinical pharmacy diploma (or equivalent).
  • Registration: Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
