Summary

Key Requirements
- Experience: Significant hospital experience, including clinical pharmacy service above Foundation level.
- Qualifications: Postgraduate clinical pharmacy diploma (or equivalent).
- Registration: Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
