We are looking for a Senior Health Care Assistant to lead a small Care Team, closely working with the Nurse in Charge to deliver high‑quality care for the people we support.
About the Role
The Senior Health Care Assistants will lead the Care Team to support every aspect of our residents’ day‑to‑day lives, ensuring high standards of care and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support people with their personal care.
- Assist people at meal times.
- Understand individual health and wellbeing needs.
- Encourage and support people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home.
- Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect.
- Lead, motivate and support a team of care colleagues.
- Ensure that care documentation is completed to a high standard.

Qualifications
- Relevant experience as a Health Care Assistant.
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Maths and English at GCSE Grade C or above (or relevant functional skills qualification).
